Performing tap action (expand/collapse, tap to zoom, tap text to edit) on the second line of an outline doesn’t work but instead puts it in edit mode with the cursor all the way to the left of the screen and the keyboard open. Not sure what if anything is actually being edited.
This only occurs after starting the app until you select any other line, after which tapping the second line works fine.
This has been around for a while, just reporting it now.
