Personally, I consider it non-intuitive that the Documents ‘window’ can display documents AND items within those documents by unfolding the document’s hierarchy. If the document’s hierarchy is left open (which I do by mistake sometimes) I find myself thinking that I’m in the actual document’s view by mistake until I try to do something I can’t.
It would be useful to see an option in preferences to limit the Document’s Window to show
-Documents
-Documents & their contents (the current legacy method)
