If you have a document with the following visible:
….and you click the “Expand All Items in View” icon (CTRL-ALT +), the name suggests that every item and all subitems would be expanded in the current view.
However, if the cursor is not on a line/item, it only expands the LAST item and it’s children visible in the current view
But, If the cursor is on a line/item, it expands all items ON THAT ITEM OR BELOW IT in the view and it’s children.
