Can't drag item to first position in outline grouped by project

When I try to drag an item above the top most item in an outline pane that is grouped by project, the highest I can drag to is onto the top most item so that it ends up a child of the top most item. I can’t drag it above the top most item. I can move it with keyboard shortcuts.

EDIT: Also in outline grouped by project (so I’m adding this here), sometimes I can’t collapse an expanded item. Doesn’t happen 100% time though.

Fixed in the latest update.

I wasn’t able to reproduce the collapsing issue though, and that would be unrelated. If it keeps happening can you try to find the pattern and open a new thread for it? Thanks!
