This makes a huge difference in the usability of the mobile app for people that use tags or contacts a lot!!!!
Only comment now that I started actually using the pulldown menu to fill tags is that they are not sorted alphabetically.

The tags in the menu are sorted by frequency of usage (the most frequently used tags appear first int he menu). IN the big desktop windows that is evident because the frequency is shown. However in the mobile the frequency doesnt appear so its not evident what the sorting is, and if you are scrolling through a long list of tags it becomes very confusing how to find the one you are looking for. Of course if your naming converntion for tags is well structured (I think mine is sufficiently hierarchical) its not a huge issue becuase you type a substring and the list filters them out to a small subset. Its only important when you dont remember the keyword you are looking for that an alphabetical sort could help. But I guess this is worth more discussion to see what other people think which is the best sorting option for the tags in mobile. I certainly dont think its worth the sacrifice of cpu cycles brining in the count of occurences to the pulldown menu that shows the tags in mobile.
