The viewing of ‘past versions’ is a bit non-intuitive. While handy to be able to see the contents of the past changes, it can be a bit difficult to ‘pull things from a past version’ and use them. Or at the very least, difficult to discern how to do so.
I’d like to suggest adding a method of selecting multiple items while viewing past version changes, and the ability to copy/paste items from the past version viewer into a current document. With the past version viewer appearing as a modal dialog, it must be closed before you can see the current document again.
Another alternative would be to be able to select a past version’s changes and display them in a new Pane. This would be ideal for cutting/pasting.
