I normally haven’t used the inferred hierarchy option and have indented items under headings, but have been experimenting with it. However if I create a heading and then add items immediately below, while a collapse arrow appears next to the heading, clicking on the collapse arrow does nothing. I can zoom into the heading and it shows the subitems properly.
