Filter for tasks with no tag?

Hi. Just started to have a play with Legend. I can’t seem to find in the help docs or in a forum search whether it is possible to filter for tasks that have no tag assigned. I would like to be able to use the first pane as my inbox where I enter all tasks to be done as they enter my brain, then in review I would tag them with contexts e.g #email, #call, #errand that can then be filtered for in another pane. Having a filter for “no tag” would help make sure I clear all inbox items.

I have tried -tag and tag:none as filters but no luck.

The syntax for no tag is: -is:tag

You can also trigger this from the basic filter dropdown.
Under the “Contains” section, click the hash tag once - it turns blue and shows you all items with a tag. DOUBLE click it however, it will turn RED and show you all items without a tag.

Another option that may fit the use case you describe: create a pane that is focused on your inbox and grouped by tag, there will be a section at the bottom that is “No Tag”. You can collapse the other tag groups to see only “No tag”. Or, you can leave them open, and drag items between the sections.
