How to filter completed items for a specific date range?

I know how to filter for “is:complete”. But how do I then set a filter for items that were completed within a certain date range? Is there syntax to filter by completed date?

I know I can (sort of) do this with a “sort by date completed” view. But what I want is to group by heading, but show only items completed in the last 7 days.

Ideas? 🙂

There is a request to add this functionality, v but as far as I know there is no syntax on the filter for complete or created date. Current syntax just applies for due date.
