Mobile only
If you type “!” and then “Today”, there will be no space in the beginning. Good, same as the web app.
If you type “!” and select a date on the calendar, there will be an extra space in the beginning. Problem. The web app doesn’t add a space.
I prefer my dates to be in the beginning of a bullet, so the mobile behavior when using the date picker is quite frustrating. It’s hard enough to move the cursor on mobile but I have to use it for every dated entry to remove the preceding space.
