Tapping the note shows the slide up note panel but tapping that panel does not activate the edit window.
Tapping the note button while editing an item does show the note edit window but the cursor is at the beginning of the note and tapping elsewhere in the note text does not move the cursor. I can drag across the text to set the cursor position. (Android)
