disappearance of data?

For a few days now, I have my main “Travail” file which has disappeared.
I do not understand at all what is going on.
Until now, I was on the beta version.
This folder suddenly disappeared, as it did on my Android application.
I am in version 2.0.4 on windows, and 5.0.6 on Android
For Android: in stable version, or in activated beta version, this “Travail” folder no longer appears.
For Windows: in beta version, the folder no longer appears, it appears correctly in stable version

This is by far the most important file for me, and it is starting to contain enough information to say that I must not lose it.

It may be due to a fix I added for items that got duplicated in multiple documents. Had you moved this item between documents before? I think it is not gone, just was moved or modified in a way that it was previously handling strangely. Can you check in beta:

Is it hidden by a filter (it might be getting marked as completed)?
Is it in a different document? You can use the global search to find it.
If you switch to Deleted view do you see it in there?

No, I have never moved this element.
I really have 3 elements at the root of a single document
Document “Christophe”, with the elements “Travail”, “Maison” and “Ressources”.
Actually, I am not worried about data loss, because in stable version on Windows version everything works absolutely normally.
It’s when I go into beta that it disappears, and I can’t find it, that I do a global search
I don’t have a filter applied, even when I go back to the beta version.
Can I move the “Travail” item into “Maison” and then put it back to the root to see what it looks like?

I’d suggest exporting the document as a backup from the stable version, just in case.

One thing you could try is hold Ctrl and right click on Travail and then there’s a “Fix sync” button at the bottom of the menu. That may make it pop back into the beta version.

Otherwise editing the text or moving it as you said might fix it.

Waouhhh, I don’t understand anything anymore!
I did all the required manipulations, it doesn’t work.
Summary:
On Windows, my element disappears in beta version, and also on the beta version of Android.
On windows, my element appears in stable, but does not appear in stable version on android
If I move the item somewhere else, it shows up on the stable version of android, but the subitems don’t. If I modify a single sub-element, it appears, but not the others.
I have just restarted everything, putting everything in a stable version, there is everything that appears, on windows as on android (this is the only progress I see)
If I put everything back in beta, the element disappears on windows and android.

I see the error happening, and I’m working on it. The data is not lost, it’s just marked as moved to another document, and I’m trying to figure out why. It will be fixed in the next update.

This should be fixed in the latest beta. Just sign out of the beta and back in, and everything should appear as expected. I was testing on a copy of your data and the Travail element appears to be back and working fine. Please let me know if that fixes it for you. If it does I’ll update the mobile apps with the fix too.
