Was using Legend desktop (W11) yesterday, online, it was OK. Right at the end, I moved a whole bunch of items in one big batch, but it was within the same Document, and nothing out of the ordinary (for me at least).
Today when I launched the app it was unresponsive. Couldn’t even switch between boards. I went offline and tried again, no luck. I went back online to try signing out and back in; now the app hangs at the “Loading…” screen. Two documents in particular are not getting the👍– neither of them are huge, nor recently modified. Since it won’t leave the loading screen I can’t even log out.
Tried the web app; at initial load it showed a very old state of my account (I rarely use web app). I signed out and back in…and now the WEB APP is stuck at “Loading…” in exactly the same way as the desktop app.
Eventually the web app did load; it’s very slow though. Not totally unresponsive, but opening the Overview Drawer, for example, takes a while to propagate. The desktop app still hangs at Loading; now none of my documents are getting 👍– even after several minutes – and some of them are currently just empty placeholders!
I’m on stable landline wifi.
