Highlighting behavior is inconsistent in Legend Windows native. An example:
- Create a new outline item of text 12345
- Select the entire line of text and Highlight it.
- With the arrow keys, move the cursor to the head of the line (just before the ‘1’. The cursor is now obviously still within the highlighted text.
- Type the character ‘A’. Expected behaviour would be that the A would become part of the highlight text, but the ‘A’ stays non-highlighted, as typing after the ‘5’ does.
