Is there a keyboard shortcut for "Collapse All"?

Is there a keyboard shortcut for “Collapse All”?
I often want to collapse all, but if the outline is mixed (some open, some collapsed) the expand/collapse toggle usually EXPANDS all, then I have to click it again to COLLAPSE all. Is there a better way to handle this?

On windows desktop ctrl+alt+. toggles collapse/expand all.
There’s no explicit “collapse all” command just like there’s no explicit “collapse one” command…but at least with the keyboard two rapid presses is pretty easy.
