Items being hidden right away.

Starting over a month ago Legend seems to be hiding items (due to not matching the search) with a couple seconds, even while I am editing them. It used to keep them around until the item was no longer selected. This is happening in stable and beta.

To reproduce:
1) Set filter for pane as !!!
2) Add new item
3) Start typing

Result) Item disappears and Moodo flashes messages “1 item hidden because it doesn’t match the search” .

Expected) Item should stay around until it loses focuses. This gives user time to mark it !!!.

And if I click unhide, they appear and then hide again with a second :/.

This happening in Chrome browser and Mac app. I also see it in https://beta.legendapp.com/#demo.

I’m really shocked no one else has reported it since its so personally painful for me 🙂.

This has been annoying to me recently and is at the top of my todo list. I think it was caused by a change late in the recent filter behavior revamp. I’ll try to get a fix out soon!

Agree with importance of this. My current workflows don’t involve entering most of my new items into filtered Panes so I don’t run into it often, but if I did…it would be super aggravating.
