Regardless of whether the parent is shown because it contains the #tag itself, or because one of its children does, it’s impossible to collapse any Parents within these tag-groups. Clicking the expander caret does nothing and neither does the hotkey.
The parents are auto-expanded, so no information is hidden – but it makes for a lot of clutter.
