Legend can import creation and modification dates in OPML (thanks again Jay!). However, it doesn’t export them. Doing so would allow transfers between Legend and other outliners that support them - currently Aquaminds’ NoteTaker and Circus Ponies Notebook, and potentially other outliners in the future.
