Previously if you had copied some items, then multi-selected some different items and “pasted” you would get a warning that you were about to delete the selected items, and then the new ones would paste in their place, overwriting them.
Today this process ends after the warning prompt. The target items are removed but nothing is pasted in their place.
AND “undo” doesn’t record the deletion! It just undoes whatever you did before the copy/paste.
