Pretty much just a cosmetic issue:
With the Overview Drawer open, dragging a Pane to move it simply slides the Pane itself and leaves the Drawer behind.
If you actually move the Pane “past” another existing Pane, the Drawer will jump to catch up with the rearrangement, but still acts like it’s not connected to the parent Pane.
