I’m not sure what “search results” you are looking at - but you have a huge amount of control over how the search results are displayed.
By default (without any additional settings changes by the user) results are displayed in the same order as they are present in the outline.
If you change to a “List View” to see your search results, you then get the options to SORT those items in a variety of different ways including by # of Items, or Modified (date). For the use case you are laying out - most likely a sort by modified date (with most recent items at the top) will approximate what you’re wanting (as presumably, something you access frequently will be modified recently?).
In fact, I use this feature as a “hack” for some of my board views. I simply add a space to an item (which updates it’s “Modified date”) so that it will then sort to the top in a search sorted by that field.
There are at least two other features of Legend that might help here.
1). Boards - Create a board with the information you need to access frequently to make it quick to view.
2). Links - Create a top level item of “Frequently accessed information” and then add links to the items you want to access often to make it quick to click those links and navigate to the relevant location.
