I see this too. Autoexpand doesn’t like to go deeper than 2 levels…sometimes.
It seems more prevalent in Outlines that use Headings; I generally app;ly Headings to the first and second tiers of my Outlines before transitioning to Projects at L3, so this may be a coincidence – or it may be happening more places, and is easier for me to notice in that case.
I also see ‘over-expanded’ outlines (more rare) after filtering, here again it “seems” to happen with deep nestings of non-H, non-P items that I’m very sure should not match the filter.
