Text formatting toolbar is truncated in thin panes

Given a Pane that is thinner than the width of the text formatting toolbar
When you highlight some text for formatting
Then some of the toolbar’s buttons don’t get displayed because they are truncated by the pane’s width

I just came to report this… Kind of crazy to see it is still(/again?) a problem.

@Jay could you please fix? I just had to widen a pane to click the B to bold some text which just felt crazy. Sure I could hit the shortcut key but even Legend scaling the toolbar down would be better than truncating it…
