Jorge How should we add tags like Urgent or Low Severity to posts in the new forum? Sometimes a popup comes up asking for tags, but when it doens’t I have NO CLUE how to add tags to the item.
Jay I think it was only enabled for administrators by default. I changed it so it should be available to everyone now? The way I do it is clicking on the caret down icon next to reply and select “Edit Tags”
