Legend is no longer authenticating in Android app

I cannot access my Legend app in Android. I thad been working well in my new phone for several weeks and yesterday I tried to use it and it asked me to reauthenticate. I select "Sign in with Google" and the list of my accounts comes up. I select the appropriate one for legend and the google screen asking me for permissions to allow legend comes up. I click on Allow, and now just a standard google search page comes up and Legend never fires up.

Not sure if it is related to #638

Legend in the windows desktop app is working perfectly.

I've tried restarting the app, rebooting the phone and the same thing happens.

@Jay I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and the same thing.

Jorge Is it still not working? It seems to be working fine for me. Similar to the Mailbird issue it might just be a hiccup on Google's side?

You could try adding an email signin in the Legend Account section of the settings, and then sign in by email to the mobile app?

Jay Today in the morning every single instance in both of my computers required me to reauthenticate. Mailbird embedded, browser based, desktop app. and all authenticated ok.

However my android app still shows the same problem. I'll send you the screen shots.

I'll try your suggestion, but not sure how that works. That would just add another email and password that would log me into my same environment, so now I would be able to log in with google AND with the new email I setup?

Jay so that did it. I wasn't aware of the dual authentication capability. COOL!!!!

But still what caused the authentication to fail with Google?
