When items in a numbered list are archived, the list is automatically renumbered from the item following the archived item. But when instead of archiving an item it is marked as completed, the subsequent list is not renumbered.
I use numbered lists for sequences of projects that must be carried out in order: step 1, then step 2… And when it comes to automating the process, it would be very useful for me if the lists were renumbered in the same way as they are when their elements are marked as archived, because in this way, using filters, I could create views in which only the next element to be carried out would be visible, which would always be the same: the one numbered “1. ”, which once performed and marked as completed would result in the visibility of the next item in the list, so far numbered “2.”, but now that the previous one is completed, it would again become visible as “1.” And so on.
On the other hand, it would also be necessary to be able to filter specific elements of the numbered lists, for example: to be able to filter only the elements numbered as “1.”, which either I don’t know how to do, or it is currently not possible to do.
And finally, can someone tell me if I can get a list of all the basic filters and their composition rules?, and one of the advanced ones? (I’m thinking of switching back to the paid plan, and I would like to know what it offers in this regard).
Thank you.
