Hi, all,

I personally like to read about how others use their software. I noticed that there are not any discussions in showcase, so I thought I’d add one, and maybe get things started.

I created a document called InBox and I add this as a pane in most of my boards. This way I can easily add items to the InBox wherever in Legend I am working. It also makes it easy to drag InBox items into whichever location they should best reside.

Probably there is another way to do this, which may be more convenient. If so, I’d love to learn about it.

I have an inbox as well, where I put all incoming items except for emails. To process an item in the Inbox I do one of two things.

(1) Move it underneath a project folder in a separate window, or
(2) Add one of my to do categories to it and leave it in the Inbox. These categories can be a future date, ‘waiting’, ‘next’ etc. All these categories are displayed in my customized Agenda window. The Agenda window is what I work off day to day.
