It has been intense in the past few weeks! I’ve cleared all of them out and enabled two spam-blocking extensions. We can see if that improves thing in the next couple of days.
If it doesn’t, we can set a user’s first post to require moderator approval. That would let us decline them before they ever appear in the forum, but the downside is valid new users’ posts wouldn’t be visible until we approve them.
