White Screen on Iphone

Happens on average once every other day for me, and I average using the iPhone app at least 10 times per day.
If anything, it seem to happen most when I havent used it for longer periods of time, I.e it’s been sitting idle in the background on the iPhone.

I’ve still never been able to reproduce it even on my dad’s iPhone 15, but I found an issue in react-native-webview that seems like it’s probably it. So I’m going to implement that solution and submit an update. Hopefully that will fix it!

Is the update with the fix in the normal or the beta? I’ll try it as soon as I can download it.

It’s in the App Store - it’s a fix to the native part of the app. Are you not seeing the update in the App Store?

I’ve been doing my updates from within Legend itself (Settings/Check For Updates).
So since my iOS Legend is showing 7.0.5, I’ll assume it has the newest/same version as the App Store shows.

Yes, 7.0.5 is the new version. Sorry, I should have posted that number!

So hopefully this is fixed now. Please let me know if you see it again.

It’s been a week since I updated, and I haven’t seen a Black/White/Empty screen since doing so. Both the iPad and iPhone versions of Legend seem fixed of that bug. Thanks!

So excited about this fix, but still haven’t tried it.
Every time I start using the mobile app, something breaks and I just don’t have time to do the inevitable repairs right now.
Looking forward to putting the app back on my phone in a couple months and not having to deal with this hassle, though!
