Added some items under a parent item, came back to it later and they were gone. Thought maybe I had accidentally done something with them, check version history, couldn’t find them, added them again, and again after coming back they disappeared.
The parent item was a mirror to an item in another document, which is a shared document, although I know the person to whom it was shared didn’t make any edits.
