Their support team has been very slow and unhelpful, and after months of escalations and waiting they just said they can’t help me and to email a different support team 😡. So I’m back at square 1. So while I try some other ways to recover the old account I’ve started a new developer account and uploaded the app there. But to get that to be publishable, it has to be in a closed beta with 20 beta testers testing it for 2 weeks.
So if you’re currently unable to download the Android app, or you already have the old Android app and want to help me get enough beta testers to get the new app into production, could you please send me an email (jay at legendapp.com) and I’ll add you to the Android app beta test?
Then if I can’t recover the old app we can just start fresh with the new one.
