I use the menu (CMD+P) and choose “Collapse Level 2”, but it always collapse everything entirely (ie not to level 2, to level 1). I also tried previously in premium, using the shortcuts, and I got the same result.
To try, I take a document which has deeply nested items, I open it entirely using the little arrow at the top (Expand All Items in View), then, I call up the menu and do “collapse level X”. And, whatever level I pick, instead of collapsing to that level, it collapses entirely. What I expect to see at level 2 is:
