Outlook 365 problem adding

Hi,

When I add my Outlook 365 account in the email settings, it opens up the outlook 365 webmail user interface in a small screencenter window. This windows is not closed automatically. When I click next to the window, the window hides, but my Outlook 365 account is not added as a valid email account under settings. I’m using beta.

Can you send me a screenshot of the small Outlook window? It is supposed to detect when it navigates to your inbox and close itself, but it may be navigating to an unexpected place that we need to add handling for.

Hello, all my professional tools have been migrated to Office 365.
It is the tragedy to see that the connection of the mail is not possible.
@Jay , is it possible to give this concern a high priority?

At home, I couldn’t connect the Office 365 mail despite many attempts, but I managed to do it on my work PC. Curious.
I’m on the same version of Windows and I was on the same version of Legend.
That said, the emails are not recovered, all folders are empty.

This is now fixed in the stable version. I’ll mark it as solved but please let me know if it’s still an issue and I’ll re-open it.

This unfortunately now doesn’t load emails into the Outlook pane.

snoofloofs Eik raynalreyes Version 2.0.6 was working ok for personal Outlook accounts but had problems with 365, so we have a new update 2.0.7 today that should fix it. How is it now?

For me this is still not solved. The original issue when I want to add Outlook 365 account and after login the smaller centered outlook window is not automatically closed. Using beta and 2.0.6.

Jay - thank you! Resolved now! I downloaded the update and tried logging back in (I have a 365 account). It didn’t work so I logged in as a personal Outlook account and that has worked. Many thanks.

Functioning better! I’m still having issues with loading all my emails, having the email load on click when dragged into a pane (most of the time it’s white screen and I have to click to another email in my email pane and then click back into the email within the pane for it to appear)
