Jay I am trying to observe to try to identify the pattern, because this is becoming annoying, it’s happening 2 -4 times a day and it seems the frequency is increasing.
So far it feels random. A few times it has happened right after I attach a local document link. Other times I think I’ve seen after I change something in an item that makes the item disappear from the current filter.
The most common thing that I’ve seen is that may times the app becomes awfully slow in everything (scrolling panes, selecting an item etc…) and right after that I encounter the white screen.
I’ll continue trying to take note of the last thing I was doing, but because I use Legend in a separate desktop it often happens that I do something quick, then swithc back to the desktop I am working on and when I need to do something else and come back to Legend it’s already in white screen, but my mind has lost track of the last thing I did.
Is there any logs that I can ship to you that could help you pinpoint when something happens?
