Windows desktop stuck on Loading

Windows 2.0.12 gets stuck on the “Loading documents…” screen. Can’t get past it.

In beta. Today I tried opening the Windows desktop app, it opened and was missing my main document. I clicked on another document in an overview pane and the whole overview pane went blank (the other 2 documents disappeared). When I restarted the Windows app, it got stuck on Loading… again.

I uninstalled and resinstalled Windows 2.0.12. I could then sign in and load documents but again my main document is missing.

I do see my main doc in app.legendapp.com and did Export Data.

Actually, I see my main doc in an instance of the web app at app.legendapp.com that had already been open. I tried opening the web app in a separate incognito window to confirm that I could see my primary document but that document does not appear in that instance.

I tried importing my original document (which I exported earlier) into the Windows desktop app, hoping to bring back all the items in my original document since my original document is not shown, and it created a new empty document (even though the JSON file does seem to have all the items in my original document).
