Windows app, beta. Put the cursor at the beginning of an item. Then only use the down arrow key. The cursor moves unexpectingly to the end of an item and cannot be moved down with the arrow key.
Also put the cursor at the end of the an item. Then only use the down arrow key. Same behaviour.
