Jay My android is still in 5.0.6 1631594778609. When checking for updates it goes into checking and then back without replying that there are any update pending.
After rebooting the app it did update to 1631767948879 but not recognizing 7445 yet

Jorge 7445 is a desktop update so mobile wouldn’t see it. But I’ve seen the mobile version not showing it had an update sometimes. I’ll check on that.

Fix: Changing encryption password in desktop app rewrites all local documents with the new encryption if encrypting local documents
Change: Removed the “Encrypt local documents” option because it causes more problems than it’s worth (encryption is dependent on user ID, loading/imported encrypted files fails silently if not using the current password, not worth the risk of data loss). We may bring this feature back in the future with some other improvements to local documents we want to do. Jay the mirrors / filters fix doesn’t appear to be effective for me. Mirrors continue to display in my Panes when they don’t match the criteria. Tested with complete and priority filters.

I think this is actually the “opposite” problem from the original bug, wherein the mirrors would NOT show even when they DID match.

Filtering:

Rewrote the filtering algorithm from scratch:

Fix: Filtering was showing incorrect results with mirrored items
Fix: Filtering was otherwise sometimes missing results in some cases, like if a grandparent matched the task filter and a parent matched the text filter, a non-task grandchild was not visible
Fix: Grouped and sorted panes were sometimes missing mirror results
Speed: The new algorithm is more efficient so it should be faster. In my testing it was 2-10x faster, but results will vary based on the size of your documents, the depth of you hierarchy, and how many mirrors you have.

Other:

Fix: Zooming into a mirror or child of a mirror shows its parents path instead of the origin item’s
Fix: Dropping an item below a mirror was dropping it below the origin item
Fix: Mirror children of mirrors were displaying as a link instead of a mirror
